About the Role

As a Customer Account Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for job requests from our account-holding clients. You’ll coordinate everything from job logging to engineer scheduling, and ensure each maintenance job is completed on time and to a high standard. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisation skills, great communication, and experience in customer or account management; especially in a fast-paced or field service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to job requests via phone and email
• Log new jobs into our system quickly and accurately
• Schedule and allocate jobs to engineers
• Track job progress and keep clients updated
• Ensure engineers arrive on time, take photos, and provide accurate quotes
• Monitor job completion and close jobs on the system
• Raise and send invoices
• Handle any complaints or client feedback
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients
• Support monthly sales/revenue tracking and help hit team KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, account management, or scheduling (ideally B2B or maintenance-related)
• Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using systems like Outlook, Excel, and CRM/job tracking tools
• Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs at once
• Flexible to take on-call shifts (1 weekend day every other week)

Schedule

• 40hrs (Shift Working: 9am-6pm, 12pm-9pm or 3pm-12am)
• On-call: at least 1 weekend day every other week (with a day off in lieu)

Salary

• £26,000 per year
