Their modern cloud-based ERP suite is trusted across sectors such as food & drink, builders' merchants, and pharmaceuticals. With a high-performing technical team and regular software updates every two weeks, they are revolutionising how businesses manage operations.

You will need:

• Experience in customer-facing account management, customer success, or client service roles.

• Strong empathy and top-tier communication skills.

• Background managing or supporting smaller commercial accounts.

• Exposure to software or tech-enabled services is an advantage.

• Midlands-based and happy to travel to Southampton once a month.
