• The Council is seeking a highly experienced Lead Officer – Housing ICT (CX Housing) for a 4-month contract role. This position is crucial for leading, supporting, and enhancing the Civica CX Housing platform. The successful candidate will provide specialist expertise across various housing management functions, including rent accounting, CRM, workflow automation, customer engagement, reporting, system upgrades, and customer portal implementation. The role aims to ensure that the CX Housing solution effectively supports operational housing services while delivering continuous improvement, user adoption, and service efficiency.
