Data and Business Analyst Apprenticeship Trainer Location: Remote (with occasional travel for face to face delivery) Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
About the Role: An established, Ofsted-rated "Good" training provider is seeking a Data and Business Analyst Apprenticeship trainer to deliver engaging Data and Business Analyst apprenticeship workshops. This is an exciting opportunity to support learners both remotely and face-to-face, contributing to the continuous improvement of innovative training programmes.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver Data Technician (Data Technician L3) and Business Analyst (BA4) apprenticeship workshops. • Provide engaging, inspiring sessions linking workshop content to 1-2-1 coaching. • Motivate and support learners to achieve apprenticeship standards. • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor programmes to employer needs. • Offer feedback to enhance and develop learning products and services. • Capture learner feedback and ensure strong workshop attendance. • Support the provider’s digital transformation agenda with innovative teaching methods. • Promote and embody company values at all times.
Skills and Competencies: • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills. • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality training. • Commercially aware with a results-driven approach. • Skilled in fostering innovation and managing organisational change. • Ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve objectives.
Qualifications and Experience Required: • Degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field. • Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA). • Project Management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP) advantageous. • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business and Data Analyst, ideally at a senior or consulting level. • Proven experience leading/mentoring teams and delivering training. • Proven experience and understanding of apprenticeship standards and experience delivering blended learning programmes. • Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths. • Full, clean UK driving licence. • Teaching or assessing qualifications (desirable but not essential).
