Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Dutch-speaking prospects through various communication methods to identify leads.
• Present our services effectively and arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and confirm scheduled appointments.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach and interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointments to sales discussions.
• Offer insights and feedback on lead quality and appointment-setting strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends to communicate effectively with potential clients.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing appointments and records.
• Proficient in CRM software and basic office applications.
