As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards, creating a positive experience for our Dutch-speaking users.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Dutch to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Accurately classify content based on established policies and provide moderation decisions.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the appropriate teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to help improve moderation strategies.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance content moderation processes.
• Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community interaction.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
