As a Front Office Technical Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, helping them navigate various technical challenges and providing comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding technical assistance to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.
• Effectively document customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system, maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and technical advancements to provide knowledgeable support.
• Build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.

• Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on enhancing customer experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and technical support platforms is a benefit.
