Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch to clients from various sectors.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving customer experience.
• Stay informed about market trends and customer preferences to suggest improvements.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
