THE ROLE
Join our dynamic EMEA team as a highly influential Enterprise Senior Field Marketing Manager. This pivotal individual contributor role is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of enterprise-focused marketing across our most strategic accounts in core EMEA markets. You will be measured on your ability to accelerate engagement in selected accounts, pipeline, penetration, and deal velocity through influence and collaboration with enterprise field marketing managers in our core markets across EMEA. If you thrive in a highly matrixed environment and have a passion for enterprise-grade, high-touch ABM, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU BRING
1) Enterprise Strategy Translation & Prioritization
Ability to translate enterprise priorities (e.g., 60x20) into clear, executable regional actions, ensuring the right accounts & tactics are embedded into existing field mktg plans.
2) Influence, Alignment & Stakeholder Leadership by influence
Proven capability to lead through influence across multiple teams— regional FMMs, ABM CoE, digital, programs, and global teams without direct reporting lines or full budget ownership.
3) Strategic Account-Based Marketing Orchestration
Strong competence in ABM execution for key enterprise accounts, including account engagement motions, executive events, personalization, and “high-touch” tactics—while facilitating repeatability and scaling best practices across markets.
4) Data-Driven Performance Management & Optimization
Ability to review, analyse & track influence-based KPIs (enterprise MIP, account engagement, net new contacts, opportunity creation/velocity), turning insights into recommendations that improve outcomes within regional budget frameworks.
5) Enterprise-Grade Program Execution Excellence
Demonstrated strength in hands-on execution of complex enterprise programs (especially exec-level experiences like EBC/CAB and high-impact events), ensuring operational excellence, quality, and consistency across core markets.
6) Complex Stakeholder Interlock & Alignment:
Exceptional proven capability in complex stakeholder management, serving as the critical link to drive seamless cross-functional alignment and execution between regional FMMs, Enterprise Sales, Global Marketing, and supporting teams (ABM CoE, Digital, Programs).
#LI-REMOTE However, this role will require you to be onsite in our Staines UK office once per week.
