Are you a certified Energy Assessor seeking a flexible, remote role? Our client is a UK-based company specializing in building compliance design and testing services. They are looking to expand their team with a skilled professional who holds their NDEA qualification.

Requirements:

• NDEA accreditation is essential
• Proficient in SBEM (Simplified Building Energy Model)
• Experience assessing overheating risks in buildings
• In-depth knowledge of building regulations, energy efficiency, and environmental standards
• Ability to work independently and manage remote responsibilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

The Role:

• 100% remote with flexible working hours
• Carry out energy assessments for both commercial and residential properties
• Prepare detailed energy performance reports with recommendations for improvement
• Engage with clients to meet their energy efficiency goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices
