United Living is recruiting for an Environmental & Sustainability Manager for our Property Services pillar where we revitalise homes and communities through the regeneration of living spaces, breathing new life into neighbourhoods.

United Living Property Services is seeking a dedicated E&S Manager to spearhead our environmental & sustainability strategy & initiatives. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and leading E&S strategies across our portfolio. This position offers the unique opportunity to significantly impact our corporate E&S objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and making a lasting difference in the property services industry.

As the E&S Manager you will be required to travel to various sites to carry out audits so travel is a must in this role. As is the ability to implement any changes recommended on the audits, managing your stakeholders effectively and building strong relationships.

Ideally want the E&S Manager based out of Swanley but will consider applicants who can work out of one of our other offices, such as Thame, Wolverhampton and Warrington.

• NEBOSH/IMEMA Level 5 Environmental Management
• IOSH or IEMA
• NEBOSH Construction
• Lead Auditor ISO 9001/14001/45001

Current full UK driving license
