• Develop and implement targeted marketing and canvassing strategies to enhance local market presence.
• Build and maintain business contacts within the community to increase referrals and expand the network.
• Value properties and convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions with the aid of a substantial marketing budget.
• Oversee the entire sales process from instruction to completion, utilizing a nearby hub office for support with sales negotiations, progression, and administration.
• Provide comprehensive end-to-end service to customers, ensuring a seamless experience from valuation to sale completion.

• Minimum of 4 years+ experience in estate agency, with a proven track record of success.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to manage and grow a business area.
• Excellent business generation and marketing skills to effectively promote personal brand and services.
• Ability to work flexibly, managing your own schedule to meet the needs of customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, committed to providing exceptional customer service.
