Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 5pm

Job Summary and key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support the Refurbishment Manager


• Requesting quotations for works


• Processing invoices


• Raising works orders


• Chasing outstanding works orders and quotes


• Arrange audit visits for tenanted properties


• Maintaining and creating spreadsheets in excel and smartsheet where necessary


• Liasing/chasing contractors for start/finish dates


• Checking and uploading photos

What are we looking for: 

• This role requires a self-motivated and organised individual who can use initiative to solve problems.


• Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication both verbal and written.


• IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.


• Experience of general administration would be a significant benefit to the role.


• Must have ability to work from both home and Head Office in Reading
