This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on building relationships, and wants to make a real impact within the agricultural community.

This Field Insurance Advisor role is ideal for someone with a passion for client engagement, rural industries, and delivering personalised service in a face-to-face setting.

• Visit clients across the South West to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Members within your area

• Build strong, long-term relationships with the local farming community

• Promote products and services through networking, lead generation, and event attendance

• Handle renewals, enquiries, and follow-ups with professionalism and care

• Represent the brand at agricultural shows, events, and within the wider rural community

• Experience in insurance, account management, or customer-facing sales is desirable

• Familiarity with or interest in agriculture and rural life is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise a varied workload

• Full UK driving licence required
