Job Title: Field Operations Manager (Utilities Debt Recovery Sector)

Location: Central East/West

Salary: £33,150 - £34,680 + Company Vehicle

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We're hiring a dynamic Field Operations Manager to lead and develop a high-performing regional field team within a respected field services provider in the utilities sector. You'll be responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining service excellence across all field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and manage a team of field-based staff.
• Drive performance through coaching, reviews, and data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client SLAs.
• Support recruitment, training, and ongoing process improvements.
• Handle escalations and maintain strong client and team relationships.
• Occasionally undertake field visits to remain hands-on and informed.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven field operations or team management experience, ideally in Utilities/Debt Recovery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and field compliance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and performance reporting.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
