Service Engineer – Clean Water Systems

Location: Southeast England (Field-based)

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Unlimited Overtime (X2)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Travel: Must be commutable to Bedford

About the Role

My client is a leading provider of water management solutions is seeking a skilled and self-motivated Service Engineer to join their team of long-standing engineers. This role involves servicing and maintaining clean water infrastructure across the Southeast, including pump stations, submersible units, and cold-water booster sets.

You’ll be working independently across commercial and industrial sites, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive servicing/maintenance on:
• Clean water pump stations
• Submersible pumps
• Cold water booster sets
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
• Install and commission new equipment
• Complete service documentation and client reports

About You

Proven experience in pump servicing (clean water systems preferred)

• Strong fault-finding skills (mechanical & electrical)
• Comfortable working independently and managing a field-based schedule
• Full UK driving licence
• Resides within a commutable distance to Bedford
