Field-Based Trainer

We are looking for a motivated and engaging Field-Based Trainer to join our growing team, responsible for delivering hands-on training to teams across the South East region. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing staff skills, improving performance, and ensuring a consistent standard of service and operational knowledge across the business.

• Deliver face-to-face training to new and existing

• Conduct induction training, role-specific learning, and upskilling sessions tailored to business needs

• Identify training needs through observation, performance metrics, and collaboration with local managers

• Provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring to support continuous development

• Update and adapt training content to reflect any changes in policies, procedures, or products

• Track and report on training completion, feedback, and impact on performance

• Support the rollout of new company initiatives, systems, or services through effective training plans

• Work closely with operational teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously

• Ability to tailor training styles to suit different audiences and learning styles

• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regularly across the region
