Financial Adviser Manager - South

BWD are supporting a leading advisory business in their continued growth of their remote advisory advice team. In support of this growth, they are seeking an experienced advisory manager to oversee and develop an existing team of financial planners, a team that predominantly services the needs of a large and loyal client base.

You will coach, mentor and develop a team of advisor's of varying experience to ensure that the advisory team and offering first class, timely and complaint advice to a client base of varied wealth. You will hold the Dipfa in financial planning and be competent across the full range of Investment, Pension and Protection products, you will help manage work flow, monitor client reviews and offer one to one support for advisers through the client advice process.

The position will be remote based and will hold responsibility for c10 financial planners with continued growth expected to take this to c15 over the next 18 months.
