Financial Advisor

This role is based in the Isle of Man and will require candidates to relocate!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide independent financial advice to new and existing clients across a range of areas including pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning.
• Conduct thorough fact-finding, needs analysis, and risk assessments to deliver personalised financial solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
• Keep up to date with market developments, financial products, legislation, and compliance requirements.
• Work collaboratively with paraplanners and administrators to ensure smooth and efficient client service.
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records in line with regulatory and internal standards.

Requirements:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) – essential.
• Level 6 or Chartered status – desirable, or willingness to progress towards this.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client-facing advisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent client outcomes.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and contribute to the wider team.
• A good understanding of Isle of Man and UK financial services regulations.
• Right to work in the Isle of Man.
