Job Description - Financial Planner

Financial Planner

About Attivo:

Attivo are Lifestyle Financial Planners.

We’re a privately owned company. We prefer it that way. It means we’re free to do what we feel is best for our clients and our people. Our work is all about our clients. We pride ourselves on being completely transparent, open and honest – an approach that builds trust with our clients and inspires their financial confidence.

Our experienced, highly qualified financial specialists and expert support teams are committed to delivering more for all our clients. Our independent status and unique approach to understanding our clients, their preferences and their motivation, sets us apart. We will build and provide ongoing support for a bespoke financial plan aimed at fulfilment of our clients lifestyle needs.

Whether you’re a private client or a business accessing our corporate services, you can rely on a clear, consistent service from your Financial Planner and from our experienced teams.

About the role:

As a Financial Planner, you will provide high calibre, long-term tax and Lifestyle Financial Planning services to clients of Attivo. You will build strong, long-term client relationships and ensure that the client's needs are satisfied compliantly and efficiently. You will maximise new business opportunities and retain the group's growing client base.

You will be an ambassador of Attivo, representing its core values and company behaviours, raising the profile of the business and the profession with internal and external stakeholders.

As a business, we fully support hybrid working and have both working from home and flexible working policies. You can expect a mix of working from the office, working from home and travelling in and around the area to meet clients.

This role involves the management of an existing client bank so previous experience of delivering advice is essential. The majority of the advice will be delivered virtually so this role supports hybrid working, with office attendance required for one to ones and training, approximately twice per month.

We have offices nationwide, including London, Cheltenham, Cardiff, Liverpool, Darlington, Harrogate, Newbury, Fareham and Grangemouth, and we are looking for candidates nationally, especially in the Edinburgh and Falkirk area.

About you:
