Financial Planners multiple roles - Chartered IFA firm, London & Home Counties

We are working on an exclusive basis with the UK arm of an European IFA business who are looking to expand their operations in the London and Home Counties. This is a culturally distinct business with philisophy of promoting on merit, rather than experience level or tenure, providing excellent career progression opportunities into leadership roles as the business expands and opens further offices. They are looking to hire in multiple offices/locations, with a focus on London, Surrey, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Kent and Essex. The growth is in anticipation of several upcoming acquisitions, which will provide sizeable client bases for each hire.

Candidates will likely be at the earlier stages of their advisory careers (c2-4yrs) authorised experience, will have a growth mindset, and be looking to join a progressive firm in which to develop their career over the long term.
