Location: Liverpool, UK

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the import and export of goods across global destinations.
• Coordinate collections with transport companies and ensure smooth logistics.
• Collaborate with clients, branch offices, agents, and transport providers.
• Provide top-notch customer service by handling inquiries and keeping clients updated.
• Track shipments, process invoicing, and manage pre-alerts.
• Prepare and process Customs entries as needed.
• Oversee shipments through to final delivery.
• Handle job costing and invoicing efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years’ experience with a UK-based freight forwarding company.
• Hands-on experience managing air, road, or sea freight imports/exports.
• Solid knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
• Familiarity with freight software (e.g., Cargowise, Multifreight).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
