We're looking for an exceptional commercial leader to join our Breast & Skeletal Health business as General Manager for the UK, Ireland and France, one of our largest and most strategically important regions. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing organisation at the forefront of breast cancer screening, diagnostic imaging and women's health innovation.

You'll be responsible for driving sustainable growth across mature yet highly attractive healthcare markets, leading teams across commercial, service and support functions while building strong partnerships with customers, clinicians and healthcare leaders.

What To Expect

As General Manager, you'll define and execute the strategy for continued growth across the UK, Ireland and France, ensuring Hologic remains the partner of choice in breast cancer screening and diagnostic imaging.

• Lead the overall business performance, delivering revenue growth, market share expansion and profitability across the region.


• Develop and execute strategic growth plans that accelerate adoption of Hologic's Breast & Skeletal Health portfolio.


• Build and strengthen relationships with senior healthcare leaders, clinical stakeholders, procurement organisations and key opinion leaders.


• Drive commercial excellence through effective forecasting, pipeline management and execution discipline.


• Lead large capital equipment sales opportunities, strategic tenders and long-term healthcare partnerships.


• Champion innovation, including AI-enabled imaging solutions, workflow optimisation technologies and service offerings.


• Partner closely with Marketing, Service, Medical Affairs, Finance, HR and Supply Chain teams to deliver organisational success.


• Inspire, develop and coach a high-performing leadership team while building future organisational capability.


• Lead business transformation initiatives that improve customer experience, operational effectiveness and long-term performance.

What We Expect

We're seeking an accomplished commercial leader with a track record of delivering growth in complex healthcare environments.

Executive Commercial Leadership

• Significant leadership experience within medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare technology or a related sector.


• Proven responsibility for a substantial P&L and a track record of delivering sustainable commercial growth.


• Experience leading complex capital equipment businesses and driving recurring revenue through service, software and long-term customer partnerships.


• Strong strategic planning, forecasting and commercial execution capabilities.

Healthcare Market Expertise

• Deep understanding of UK healthcare systems, including the NHS, procurement frameworks, Integrated Care Systems and national screening programs.


• Knowledge of French healthcare structures, public procurement processes and healthcare decision-making pathways.


• Experience navigating complex public-sector healthcare environments and influencing strategic purchasing decisions.


• Understanding of breast imaging, diagnostics, women's health or adjacent healthcare markets is highly desirable.

Leadership Excellence

Salary: €120,000 – €175,000 gross pa base + commission (OTE €180,000 – €262,000 based on target performance, with opportunity to earn greater than OTE for those who exceed their targets). The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension and insurances.
