The Requirements:

• Fluent in English and German (French language skills desirable)
• Proven background in secure logistics and high-value freight forwarding
• Expertise in global shipping legislation, compliance procedures, and risk controls
• Solid understanding of UK and cross-border logistics operations
• Advanced IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and advanced problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion
• Residing in the UK (ideally near Sussex) and willing to travel to Switzerland when required

The Role:

• Manage all aspects of secure transport and logistics for high-value shipments internationally
• Oversee compliance with customs laws, import/export policies, and international trade regulations
• Coordinate documentation and customs clearance processes for imports and exports
• Maintain close communication with couriers, storage providers, and private clients to guarantee safe and efficient deliveries
• Keep thorough records of all shipping activities and ensure all procedures remain compliant with current regulations
