Global Benefits Consultant - Senior

Working with an established client to recruit an experienced Global Benefits Consultant. The role sits within a relatively small global team (with their own support team), within a mid-sized broker and has come about due to speed of growth.

The purpose of this role is to act as a number 2 to the director who's currently winning large volumes of new business in addition to running the team. Day to day, you'll be helping mentor junior colleagues, supporting on tenders as they come through sharing the sales responsibility and finding new ways to access growth.

GBM experience would be their ideal, however, they'd also consider those with an understanding of multinational pooling. You'll be managing a portfolio of c11 mid-corporate clients, who have the opportunity to move to full GBM. In addition to this, they have a pipeline of c500 UK clients you can target for new business plus a number of general insurance offices you can utilise to build relationships for referrals.
