Graduate Building Surveyor

Are you a Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor on the APC pathway, looking for hands-on experience, full support, and genuine long-term career progression?

The role is based primarily in the West Malling area, with opportunities to work on diverse projects and the possibility of London-based work.

Working hours:

• Full-time (Monday- Friday)
• Hybrid basic role

Graduate Building Surveyor requirements:

• UK driving license with access to own car
• Candidates should be enrolled on the RICS Building Surveying APC pathway
• Have a willingness to learn new skills and develop
• Minimum of one year’s post-graduate experience in an assistant building surveyor role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with commercial projects (preferred)
