Looking for someone who is strategic, commercially astute and solutions focused with a proven track record managing P&Ls of £8m+

You must be passionate about building high-performing teams, able to shape culture, drive growth, and lead with vision - strong leadership credentials are key
Those from an Insurance or Financial Services background would suit best

Location: Flexible across England - travel required as needed
Package: Six-figure base + bonus
