Head of Finance

Reporting to the CFO this role is a critical leadership role, responsible for financial drive, challenge and decision making on all strategic initiatives across the Group. In addition this role will:

• Work on Corporate Finance Activity
• Manage a small team of skilled finance partners supporting Executive level stakeholders.
• Shape the Group and the evolving strategy
• Support the CFO and wider Executive team
• Financially model strategic outcomes, whilst exploring new income streams and cost optimisation.

• A qualified accountant
• Minimum 5 years experience of working in a large regulated business
• Gravitas to report to board
• Significant experience of partnering and stakeholder management at Executive level.
