Location: North of England

salary up to £72,000 per annum + £1,200 car allowance

NonStop Consulting is working with an Independent Fostering Agency with an excellent reputation in order to help them find a Head of Fostering who can join them on a permanent basis.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 - 3 days per week work from the office and the rest from home. You can be based at any of their offices: Newton Aycliffe, Bradford or Bolton.

Responsibilities of the Head of Fostering:

The Head of Fostering will report to the Assistant Director and will be the Registered Fostering Manager for the service. Their current Ofsted rating is Good.

The team includes 2 Team Managers and about 10 - 12 Supervising Social Workers that cover the North West of England, North East and Yorkshire areas.

They have 315 approved fostering households and 404 children placed with its foster carers.

Requirements:

• you are a Registered Fostering Manager
• you have experience in fostering
• a very good understanding of the fostering regulations and Ofsted requirements
• you drive
