Head of Infrastructure and Reliability
Remote (UK only)

Base salary circa £120k/annum (great benefits including generous equity)

Our client, an international B2C digital marketplace, is looking to appoint a Head of Infrastructure and Reliability. They are very much in high growth mode. This is a new role which will suit an Infrastructure professional from a similar scale-up environment looking to blend strategic leadership with hands-on technical skills.

The role and skill sets…
  • Ownership & Operation: Lead and operate core AWS services, CI/CD DevOps services, and Databricks data platform services.
  • Scale-Up Experience: Been there, done that in a 200-2000+ sized org during their growth journey.
  • Technically Proficient: Comfortable with large infrastructure changes using Pulumi within AWS.
  • Strategic Growth: Build and lead platform teams, fostering self-service across the organization.

This is a remote role, but you will need to head to the London office once a month.
