Head of People
Make a difference in the lives of adults and families living with Autism

Autism Together is looking for a motivated and experienced Head of People to lead our People Services Team. In this key role, you will embed and drive our people strategy for a leading charity supporting adults with autism.

About the Role:
You will be a self-starter with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the full employment lifecycle, UK employment law, and safe recruitment practices. You’ll foster collaborative relationships across the workforce and play a vital role as we implement our ambitious 5-year strategy to grow our services and team.

Working Hours:
