Heating & Water Compliance Manager

- Full time permanent role

- Salary up to £56,000 plus excellent benefits package

- Hybrid role in Twickenham, South West London

A reputable organisation based in the Twickenham area is looking for an experience Compliance Manager with experience covering both heating and water. The role will focus on ensuring regulatory compliance across both heating and water supplies in the social housing sector. Duties will include:

- Managing external consultants

- Ensuring contractor work is delivered on time and within budget

- Support in identifying landlord compliance risk

- Quality control inspections

- Monitor contractor performance

- Ensure data is accurate

-Support with projects across boiler replacement and water tanks

To be considered suitable for this Compliance Manager role you will need the following skills/experience:

- Solid understanding of gas installations along with CCN1, CEN1, HTR1, CPA1, Unvented, Fumes Investigation (CMD-DA1) ACOP L8

- Experience of managing compliance (ideally in social housing)

- Understanding of Gas and Water hygiene requirements

- Ability to use data to drive better performance
