The Role

The main duties of the role as HR Senior Manager include:

Working with senior leadership to develop an exceptional HR offering which supports our three strategic pillars: Growth, Excellence and People.
Coach, develop and mentor junior members of the HR team.
Support the wider firm on complex HR matters.
Proactive identification and engagement of opportunities to deliver exceptional HR service.

application of exceptional subject matter expertise, management and coaching experience to deliver exceptional results to partner.
operational leadership and influence

CIPD Level 7/HR Degree qualified is desirable however not essential if you have relevant experience.
