Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their specific business challenges and gather detailed requirements.
• Develop and propose customized solutions that effectively address client needs and showcase the value of our offerings.
• Act as a crucial liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing training and support to clients, empowering them to maximize the benefits of our solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to offer valuable insights to clients.
• Document feedback and experiences to contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

• Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in a solutions consulting, customer service, or relevant technology role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand client needs and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• An understanding of technology solutions is desirable, along with a willingness to learn new systems.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
