Job Description - Implementation Coordinator

Implementation Coordinator

  • Location: Remote, Regular Site Visits Required for Training
  • Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum
  • Duration: 3 Month FTC, Possibltilty for extension/Permanent role

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Implementation Coordinator to support the smooth rollout of a new internal system across the organisation. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful configuration, integration, and adoption of the platform. If you enjoy structured processes, liaising between technical teams and end-users, and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences — this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for new system onboarding during implementation

  • Configure and set up user accounts, permissions, and system templates in collaboration with the TA team

  • Coordinate third-party integrations (e.g., electronic signing tools, communication platforms, and HR systems)

  • Monitor and manage system enhancement requests and bolt-on modules

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems such as Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms

  • Communicate progress, key milestones, and updates to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner

  • Support change management by creating user guides and FAQs to aid system adoption

  • Escalate technical issues appropriately and track resolutions

Person Specification

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident working with systems and platforms such as CRMs and onboarding tools

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in customer onboarding, HR systems, or internal coordination is an advantage

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
