Remote Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a self motivated technical Recruiter looking to make the move into an internal role. This vacancy is available due to growth, working for a very successful tech consultancy in a fully remote Recruitment Coordinator role supporting the Talent Acquisition team with high volume technical recruitment. The company has exciting plans for expansion and lots of opportunities for career development. They are looking for a bright individual who can progress within the business over time.

This is a fully remote role with very occasional travel into London.

The focus of the role is to support the Talent Acquisition team with the end to end recruitment process including attracting candidates, liaising with recruitment agencies, evaluating CVs, scheduling interviews and developing their talent network.

Responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with the Talent team and hiring managers to understand role details
• Post job descriptions / adverts on various online platforms
• Source and screen candidates to ensure alignment with company values, culture and job requirements - using databases, agencies, social media and technical platforms such as Stack Overflow and Github
• Screen CVs and schedule interviews
• Provide feedback
• Manage and nurture the existing candidate network, whilst continually developing a strong pipeline of candidates
  

The successful candidate will have circa 1 year technical recruitment experience, either in-house or agency.

This role is paying up to £30k plus excellent benefits including annual bonus (up to 10% of salary), 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, remote working, pension, life assurance and more.
