£45K +Bonus

Our client is a long-established and growing brand in the professional temporary and secure accommodation market. As part of continued team development across the sales and operational business functions they now require an internally based sales and customer professional to drive positive improvement.

LOCATION
North West office location (hybrid role, following induction: 1-2 days from home)
Commutable from Liverpool, Birkenhead, Ellesmere Port, Chester, Kelsall, Northwich, Knutsford, Widnes, Runcorn, Warrington, Prescot, St Helens, Stockport, Stretford, Manchester, Bolton, Atherton, Wigan, Chorley, Skelmersdale, or close.

THE ROLE
The internal sales manager role is a hands-on (non-leadership) position that is pivotal to the delivery of internal operational process efficiencies and sales growth. The role is exciting, innovative and diverse and includes:

• Direct contact with existing high-spend key accounts to develop stakeholder relationships.
• Co-ordination of new leads and sales enquiries to ensure effective distribution to colleagues.
• Proactive engagement with non-sales departments to ensure sales workflow efficiencies.
• Management of CRM, Excel databases, along with weekly and months performance reporting
• Driving positive change and improvements across the core sales function.

THE PERSON NEEDED
For the internal sales manager role our client is open on the sector, service or product experience of the new hire, but does require:

• Prior experience working in a structured sales, customer engagement or commercial role.
• The ability to analyse existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and work with colleagues to create effective new sales strategies.
• A positive and dynamic approach to customer engagement – excellent business communication skills.
• The potential to grow with the role and take on more responsibility in time.

PACKAGE
£45K Basic salary +20% Bonus/OTE
