Orpington (hybrid) 

Salary upto 28k + bonus (OTE 28k +  Excellent Company Benefits) 

Sitting within our Sysco International business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Market Manager to manage a selected customer portfolio and build strong relationships with export customers by understanding their business needs whilst developing profitable and sustainable sales. You’ll be responsible for customer orders from point of receipt through to clearance in the destination country, ensuring deadlines are met and all relevant export documentation is obtained to facilitate clearance e of the customer order. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Processing of sales orders from customer portfolio 

• Liaison with supply chain regarding stock availability  

• Liaison with depots regarding orders to ensure correct delivery preparation and actions are undertaken. 

• Preparation of export documentation. 

• Managing and resolving customer queries 

• Partnering  with credit control to assist in resolving payment delay queries  

• Grow customer product range by advising of new products, identifying lapsed product or categories and undertaking gap analysis within product range purchased. 

What we are looking for: 

• Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

• Can work under pressure to tight deadlines  

• Ability to prioritise a busy and ever changing workload  

• Excellent Customer service skills  

• Accuracy and attention to detail  

• Ability to build relationships at all levels  

• Determination to succeed
