Key Account Director

We are currently recruiting for a market-leading technology solutions provider for the role of Key Account Director. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected organisation dedicated to improving the product lifecycle of technology. ROLE OVERVIEW

Location: UK Remote

Package: £70,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

Industry: IT Services

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead a team of customer account managers
• Drive account growth
• Develop a strategic roadmap for customer engagement
• Analyse customer pain points
• Design tailored solutions and engage stakeholders to deliver innovative services
• Oversee performance metrics, ensure seamless service delivery and manage commercial negotiations
• Promote strong C-level relationships
• Attend industry events, and drive continuous growth through account development and planning

Main Skills/ Requirements:

• Strong experience in Supply Chain Management
• Expertise in 3PL operations with leading mobile networks, TV, and small appliance providers
• Confident in executive-level presentations, customer engagement, and leading initiatives that drive results and execution
• Skilled in P&L management, market analysis, and strategic decision-making
• Deep understanding of forward and reverse logistics, reverse supply chains, and adherence to ISO14001 and ISO9001 standards
