Legal PA - Corporate - Supporting Partner Level - £45k + WFH 2 days pw

My Client, an absolute power house within the Legal sector seek to add a pro active and forward thinking Legal PA to their award winning Corporate department.

They boast over 1,000 Lawyers across 15 offices across the globe. The firm are known for their cutting-edge Legal advice and innovative approach to their working environment where staff members have the opportunity to be creative and make a difference.

Duties include:

• Day to day diary management to include scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Arranging global travel to include business itineraries.
• Email management.
• Audio typing, creating and amending correspondence and placing documents into house style.
• Creating PowerPoint presentations, memos and reports.
• Time entry.
• Manage the billing process.
• Assistance with the BD activities.
