Loss Adjuster

Loss Adjuster/Surveyor required for the Surrey/South London region to work for an insurer dealing with a portfolio of building related losses on domestic property claims.

• You will be expected to visit policyholders and obtain as much information of the loss typically for claims related to escape of water, flood or fire damage.
• You will assess liability, prepare scopes, draw floor plans and validate the loss against the cover in place and agree settlement and determine the best route of settlement.

About you:

• Candidates must have previous scoping experience
• You will ideally a knowledge of Symbility and Exactware scoping software.
• You must have excellent communications skills along with empathy.
• Previous domestic claims handling experience is essential.
