Mechanical Team Leader- West

Elevation Recruitment Group's Service Division are working with a well established and successful manufacturing business to recruit a Field-Based Mechanical Team Leader within their Aftermarket Site Services Division.

The Field Based Mechanical Team Leader role comes with a market leading basic salary + overtime + van + fuel card + credit card for food expenses.

The Field Based Mechanical Team Leader role covers the whole of the West Region of the UK in a Field Services capacity.

Our client is looking for an ambitious and driven hands on Mechanical Team Leader who has excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills with a safety first mindset.

Responsibilities of the Mechanical Team Leader role will include:

• Be the point of communication for the customer including safe commissioning and handovers
• Preparation and management of risk assessments and method statements
• Provide leadership to site engineering teams responsible for mechanical reactive breakdowns, machinery servicing, outages, and some installation projects

We would be keen to speak with experienced Mechanical Team Leaders and Mechanical Engineers looking for the next step up in their careers with the following skills and experience:

• Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering
• Experienced in leading and managing teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• CSCS card and safety passport
• Hands-on Mechanical Engineering experience with materials handling equipment in a heavy industrial environment
