Job Description - Milan based EA - Italian and English Speaking

Executive Assistant - Milan Based

  • Join a top-tier firm in a close-knit and collaborative team
  • Working alongside another Senior EA
  • Fast-paced and dynamic role where no two days are the same
Join a top-tier finance firm within a high-performing yet welcoming team of professionals. They are seeking a bilingual (Italian & English speaking) EA to support a busy team of senior executives in Milan.

What You'll Do

  • Extensive diary management - scheduling meetings across international time-zones
  • Pulling together presentations, reports, meeting materials
  • Events coordination and client entertainment
  • Comprehensive travel management - accommodation, transfers, itineraries, flights
  • Other EA support as required
Who You Are

  • Fluent Italian & English speaking
  • Proactive approach to work, non-fuss attitude and 'no task too big or small' approach
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally financial services or professional services
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
