Mortgage Administrator - Hybrid Working

A great opportunity is available for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to work our client, a leading HNW Mortgage Brokerage based in Central London. Our client specialises in bespoke property finance, providing solutions for a wide variety of clients in areas such as HNW, Buy to Let, Commercial and bridging finance, along with associated insurance products.

Working in a friendly, professional, and experienced team, you will be responsible supporting a team of Mortgage Brokers with day to day activities.

The position would suit an experienced Mortgage Administrator who has a thorough understanding of the mortgage process, keying applications and comfortable communicating with a wide range of clients including HNW.

Experience required:

• Minimum 3 years independent mortgage administration experience essential.
• Experience of inputting full mortgage applications and preparing DIPs.
• Candidates must be extremely professional and organised.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• CeMAP qualified desired.

Responsibilities:

• Inputting full mortgage applications and preparing DIPs.
• Regular liaison with lenders to obtain updates on applicant status and proactively progress mortgage applications through to offer.
• Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post
• Assisting Financial Consultants in preparation for client meetings.
• Researching products.
• CeMAP qualified desirable
