This home based Mortgage Advisor job is ideal for current Mortgage Advisors either frustrated in their current company or looking for higher commission splits

Our client will support you to grow as a Mortgage Advisor by providing you with the following:

• Regular contact with team of Mortgage Advisors to share ideas and initiatives
• High commission rates
• Company provided leads from existing client referrals, with a high conversion rate
• Mentoring and supervision where required to develop your skills

You should also be proactive and look to self-generate business where possible. The most effective Mortgage Advisors write a business plan to help structure their business development.

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

• You must hold your CeMAP qualification
• You should have 1 - 2+ years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• You should have ability to self-generate

• Self-employed role with OTE of £60,000+
• Tiered commission from 55% to 85% depending on business levels
• £200pm fee which will be reduced or waived upon achieving set thresholds
