Mortgage Advisor

This remote based Mortgage Advisor job provides opportunity to join a well-established mortgage brokerage led by a business owner passionate about helping Mortgage Advisors succeed. Their aim is to help you improve efficiency, increase sales and develop your business

You will be joining a thriving team of 15+ Mortgage Advisors based across Scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern England.

The business has some pre-qualified leads available for you to benefit from, plus they will help you with strengthening your business plan for you to generate opportunities. Leads are produced from their strong mortgage book for repeat custom, connections with professional introducers and other marketing initiatives.

The management team enjoy mentoring and coaching their team, with their most successful Mortgage Advisors being proactive and entrepreneurial. They have regular team meetings that you are welcome to attend, providing a forum to share best practice and advice.

The business also has opportunity for individuals to progress into financial planning, if desired.

Mortgage Advisor Requirements

• You must hold full CeMAP or equivalent
• Ideally, you should have experience as a Mortgage Advisor (however, our client is open to inexperienced applicants)
• You should have a business plan on how you intend to generate business
