Mortgage Advisor

Are you a Mortgage Advisor looking for a new challenge that will provide leads and the ability to work on a hybrid basis? 

If so, this could be the role for you! We are excited to be partnering with a successful independent brokerage who are looking to add to their team in the Surrey area with an experienced Mortgage Advisor. In return, they will be providing all leads and the opportunity to write good business levels.

They are looking for the individual to have a minimum of 2 years of experience with CeMAP and CAS Status.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
• No Saturdays
• Hybrid working (1 day at home)

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

• £30,000 - £33,000 Basic
• £40,000 - £50,000 OTE (uncapped)
• Leads provided, no cold calling

Mortgage Advisor Requirements: 

• Full CeMAP
• CAS preferred
• Driven and enthusiastic nature.
• Ability to learn and progress

As a Mortgage Advisor, your role will involve the following:

• Writing Mortgages
• Dealing with warm-provided leads
• Offering excellent customer service to clients
