Mortgage Advisor

We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity in the Milton Keynes area for a driven and professional individual to join a highly respected, directly authorised mortgage practice as a Mortgage Advisor. Our client is a well-established and reputable practice, known for their client-centric approach and strong ethical values.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be a vital part of the team, providing tailored advice and solutions to help clients navigate their mortgage needs with confidence and clarity. This role offers the perfect environment for someone seeking to develop their career in a supportive, values-led firm that prioritises integrity, professionalism, and personal growth. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Mortgage Advisor and we will consider applicants with time out of the sector.

They are offering for the successful Mortgage Advisor:

• Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (based on experience)
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000 - £60,000
• Hybrid Working available through hitting targets.
• Admin team booking your appointments.

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Proven track record dealing with volume and good attitude towards the sector.
• Proven experience as a mortgage adviser
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Highly organised with effective time management

Key responsibilities for the position of Mortgage Advisor:

• Generating mortgage business
• Providing top-tier customer service at all times
• Maintaining proactive and ongoing customer communication
