Mortgage Advisor

We have an exciting new opportunity in the Lincoln area for a motivated individual to join a highly successful and independent mortgage brokerage as a Mortgage Advisor. Our clients are well-regarded as a trusted and reputable practice and take great pride in fostering a supportive working culture that prioritises long-term client relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced advisor who is comfortable in both mortgages and protection, looking to take the next step and join a company to add long-term value and hit the ground running.

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday
• NO Weekends
• Fully office-based, hybrid or remote working is available

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

• Basic Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
• OTE £50,000 - £60,000 – Uncapped
• Organic Leads provided

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• CAS Status preferred
• Proven track record dealing with volume
• Proven experience as a mortgage and protection adviser
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Strong negotiation skills
• Highly organised with effective time management

Key responsibilities for the position of Mortgage Advisor:

• Generating mortgage business
• Providing top-tier customer service at all times – F2F/ Teams/ Telephone
• Maintaining proactive and ongoing customer communication
