Your responsibilities will include:

• You will benefit from both flexible working options and ongoing training and development.
• Working to generate a client base through supported business development techniques, under the mentorship of an in-house mentor.
• Following up on leads promptly and maximising opportunities to convert referrals.
• Building and nourishing relationships with clients who really value a quality service.
• You will be supported to undertake pro-active business development and advertising to generate your own leads.
• Dealing with enquiries via a range of sources and will be responsible for managing the subsequent customer journey.
• Responsible for booking appointments, fact finding, research and recommendation and building outstanding client rapport to generate future business.
• Ensuring the most effective advice process, striving to exceed customer expectations at all times.
• You will have access to a wide range of market mortgage providers and will be responsible for cases from start to finish.

What will you need to succeed?

We can consider Mortgage and Protection Advisers at all levels, with no prior experience necessary. You will receive full training and mentoring as well as a generous share of commission and will have earning potential that is totally uncapped.

This opportunity will suit a pro-active individual who wants to build a long-term career as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. You will be adept at building lasting relations based on trust. You must be self-motivated and confident to work independently.
